While WeFollow is a useful service for ranking the most popular twitter users (popularity being measured by follower count), as a tool for aiding the user in finding valuable follow-worthy tweeters, it falls short. WeFollow may help you to find a few globally well known users, but if you want to find tagged users in your local community, or those who fall under multiple tag groups (#design and #development for example), you're out of luck.
